Continuing on...
Our hostel host told us to go to Lapa, a neighborhood in Rio. It was great advice. We walked around for a little while checking out bars and clubs and the neighborhood. We choose to go to a big samba concert at the main concert hall in Lapa. It was a great time.
At the end of the night, we had to figure out how to get back to the hostel on ten reais. We managed.
