Renan the Barbarian

This is Renan (hey-na). He works at the gym where tiago and I work out. He's a real good guy, very strong. He likes to squeeze me and do judo holds on me. Today he gave me a nice big bear hug. He squeezed the air out of me until I agreed to put him up on my blog. Haha. He's awesome though. Very friendly. We went out on Saturday night while Tiago and Angelica were at a wedding.
